Young Dartington is a two week holiday camp for children that runs every summer and allows children to try out a range of exciting activities and new experiences. We offer many adventurous activities out in the green and car free grounds of Park School and in nearby outdoor education centres and even on Dartmoor, as well as a range of craft activities that allow children to make something beautiful or useful to take home. The small size of Young Dartington, with about 50 children a week, as well as the excellent staff to child ratios (about 1 : 8 for most activities) allows us to provide a personal and individual service to each and every child and ensure they get the best out of their week (or two!). Our staff are very dedicated and many have been working with us for many years or have even attended themselves in years gone by; they really care about the freedom and choice that Young Dartington offers to the children and even love being bossed about by them!

Times Monday 9am – 4.30pm, 9:15 every other day

Cost £170.00 per child per week.

You can do any five activities per week!

Supplements Adventure £10, Dartmoor Challenge, Rock Climbing £12.00, Canoe Adventure £18.00

Camping cost per week : £108.00 including picnic lunch (24 spaces available so be sure to book early).

Picnic lunches can be booked for £16.00 per week, paid in advance.
Free soft drinks for all!

Lunchtimes children are free to relax, chat to their friends or play in the grounds of park school.

Bookings can be made by printing off the booking form from the web site or you can ring us and we will send a booking form to you.

Payment is by cheque, accompanying the booking form. If you prefer, payment can be made in four instalments, so long as all instalments are received before June 30th – no reminders will be sent. Please include the first instalment with the booking form.
